Patrick J. Martucci
Chairman, CEO, Founder

Prior to founding Incentient, LLC, Mr. Martucci founded United Asset Coverage, Inc (UAC) in 1997 and served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from January 1997 to February 2007. United Asset Coverage, Inc was a newly formed technology services start-up in 1997, and by 2002, achieved the ranking of #24 on the INC 500 list of fastest growing companies in the United States maintaining a 4,340% growth rate over the first 5 years of existence. Within 7 years, UAC grew to provide service to over 5 million corporate users in 8 countries through direct sales and support offices in 41 cities. United Asset coverage managed over 33,000 vendors around the world 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 52 weeks per year.

Prior to his work with United Asset Coverage, Mr Martucci served as Vice President of North America sales for GE Capital-ResCom. Under his direction, GE Capital secured contracts to provide local, long distance, internet access, and other utilities to over 1.2 million apartment units within 24 months.

Prior to ResCom, Mr Martucci served as Vice President and General Manager for MFS/RealCom’s Eastern US Division and has head various positions in the telecommunications industry since 1983.

In addition to serving as Incentient's Chairman, Mr. Martucci also currently serves as a Director on the boards of Interactive Security Systems, Deerpark Investors, Coreview Capital and the Leadership Board of the National Italian American Sports Hall of Fame.



Jennifer Martucci
Sr. Vice President of Marketing/Prod Development, Founder

Mrs. Martucci heads Incentient's product direction from application design through final production of Beta software and hardware platforms. Also directing Incentient's marketing efforts, Mrs. Martucci's vision carries through from product inception to client acceptance.

Prior to founding Incentient, Mrs. Martucci served as a strategic consultant to Pfizer Corporation from 2006 to 2008.

Prior to her consultancy to Pfizer, Mrs. Martucci served as founder and Chief Executive officer of GPSTracks, LLC from 2001 to 2006 during which time she was awarded 15 technology patents. GPSTracks was a technology start-up that invented and manufactured a satellite tracking device for pets. Successfully acquired by a fortune 500 company, Mrs. Martucci directed the company from the invention phase through strategic exit in 5 years.

Prior to GPSTracks, Mrs. Martucci was an entrepreneur in the event planning business, and worked as a licensed real estate professional in New York



Brunella Belmonte
Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining Incentient, Ms. Belmonte served as Chief Financial Officer for GPSTracks from 2004 to 2008 where she was recruited as a result of the company’s successful institutional capital raise. Ms. Belmonte initiated the company’s financial controls and reporting functions and assisted the CEO in production of financial forecasts and modeling.

Before joining GPS Tracks, Ms. Belmonte served as a Consultant for Integrated Color Solutions, Blue Room Music Video Productions and OceanConnect, all venture funded start-up companies headquartered in New York.

Prior to her consultancy, Ms. Belmonte served as Controller for Promotions.com from 1998 to 2000, where she assisted in the company's initial public offering in September 1999.

Ms. Belmonte began her 13 year financial career as a Certified Public Accountant with the accounting firm of D’Ambrozio, Newman & Co. as well as serving as an Assistant Professor of Accounting at St. Francis College in Brooklyn Heights, New York
